The apartment is part of a small residential complex of just 10 units, with a shared swimming pool surrounded by greenery and offering beautiful lake views.

On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast area and a welcoming living room with a comfortable sofa bed, satellite TV and a large dining table. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, oven, induction hob, coffee machine, toaster, juicer, crockery and kitchen utensils.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms: one with a lake-view balcony and two single beds, and the other with a wardrobe and two king-size single beds. The bathroom is also located on this floor and features a walk-in shower, washbasin, WC and hairdryer. This is the apartment's only bathroom.

Wi-Fi, air conditioning in all bedrooms, heat-pump heating, a washing machine on the basement level, a private cellar and an outdoor parking space within the residential complex complete the amenities available to guests.

The lakeside promenade and beach are only 250 metres away, while Lazise's historic centre and harbour can easily be reached on foot in approximately 10 minutes (750 metres).

Pets are not allowed and smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. Due to the narrow internal staircase, the property is not recommended for guests with reduced mobility or families travelling with infants.
